The biggest change occours on the new galaxy a6+ is it has infinity display with 18:5:9 display. Surprisingly, in the back instead of glass samsung has used metal and it is more durable. The screen is not fully borderless but it looks stunning. It has micro USB port instead of type-C, which is not fair. There is nothing on top of the phone. In left side, it has it has the volume key and two separate slots for two micro sim cards and SD card. In right, it has a power button and lock key and a speaker grill. It is easy to use, feels nice to hold and just about as fine to showoff. Overally in design section samsung galaxy a6+ is good.

The samsung galaxy a6+ runs with android 8.0 out of the box with company own custom UI on the top. Samsung has made huge improve in the software performance, transition and optimisation. It is now easy to use and looks more cleaner. Samsung has added some intresting features like "chat over video", it allows users to reply message in whatsapp without interrupting the video.
Samsung has also improved it's memory management which automatically trashes duplicate images, ZIP unused files to save space and unused APKs are deleted automatically. It also has ingenious apps like Samsung mall, S secure, Sbike mode, samsung pay mini etc. Overally, in software section, samsung has done a great job.

You can use basic features like calling, using social media, messaging, playing video or music and even gaming. The device performance is smooth but when you runs multiple apps on background on sametime, it will start lagging. It is available in 3GB and 4GB ram options with 32GB and 64GB storage respectively. For hardcore gamers, don't expect much from this phone. It will not be able to play high demanding games like asphalt 8. The performance of galaxy a6+ is good in this price segment.
