Although there are many benefits to using the smartphone, these incredible devices also have some of their own losses. At night, the brain produces melatonin hormone, which indicates your body to sleep but due to the use of the smartphone at that time, the light that does not get the brain properly. Due to which many types of health problems arise. 

1. During long periods, if there is not enough sleep, neurotoxin buildup may occur, which makes it difficult to take good sleep. Insomnia can cause sickness.
2. Because of the smartphone, sleep is spoiled at night so it can be difficult to learn any new work the next day or the brain does not work properly, feels tired.
3. When the melatonin hormone is not able to work properly, due to the light coming from the smartphone, then it also affects other hormones which cannot control appetite properly, potentially increases the risk of obesity are there.
4. Deteriorating your sleep schedule, headaches, troubles of confusing and also can affect your memory.
5. A research has revealed that the smartphone has about 10 times more bacteria than a toilet seat. Just think about how many times you eat the phone you eat and how many bacteria will enter the body through your hands.
6. Due to the light of the smartphone, when the melatonin hormone does not work correctly in people, then they also become victims of depression.
7. There is some relation between light and sleep emerging from the smartphone which increases the likelihood of prostate and breast cancer in women.
8. The blue light coming out of the smartphone can also lead to cataract-related diseases such as eyes. Even on the eyes, the direct light of the Blue Light can also be damaged in the retina. Apart from this, many people get used to it, that they also use smartphones in the darkness, which have a bad effect on your eyes.
9. It would not be wrong to say that mobile was invented to connect people so that people can easily connect. But in today's time, the phone has isolated the person. Since the arrival of social media, people are busy getting out and chatting on social media more than meeting each other.
