Nanotechnology: Importance and Its Benefits

Nanotechnology is found everywhere nowadays in Busy Life and it has become an important part of life. If seen, this technique was already between us, but there was not much research on it and there were not many resources which are today. Now science has become so advanced that new types of research are being done and this technique i.e. nanotechnology has got a new direction. It is being said that in the future every technique will be based on Nano. Presently, nanotechnology is also being used in our everyday needs, from medicine to medicine and big machinery. Let us study nanotechnology through this article.

nanotechnology

What is Nanotechnology?
Nano is a Greek word, which literally means subtle, short or dwarf and nano is a substance made of very subtle shaped elements. Meaning this technology is the Applied Science, which also works on smaller particles than 100 nanometers. Nanotechnology is the engineering of molecules and atoms, which combines subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, and Bio-Technology.
Do you know that with the help of this technology, revolutionary changes can be made in bio-science, medical science, electronics etc because it can make any architectural light, strong and trustworthy? This is the reason why this technique is moving fast. With the help of this technology in the engine, there is friction, due to which the life of the machines increases and the fuel consumption is low.
It would not be wrong to say that a nanotechnology is a form of science that can be as small as the mobile nail or the machines that can go into small particles in the body and perform the operation. It is a shocking thing but all this is possible with this technology.

How Nano Technology Was Started-
Ideas and concepts behind nanoscience and nanotechnology, physicist Richard Feynman in a U.S. Physical Society meeting at the California Institute of Technology (CalTech) on December 29, 1959, had said in his lecture "There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom" and the same sentence Afterwards, making the base pillar of nanotechnology. In his speech, Feynman also described a process in which scientists would be able to manipulate and control different atoms and molecules. Richard had dreamed of coming tomorrow in his imagination. But then they did not have so many modern and capable equipment, nor did they have such advanced features. It was not easy for them to play with atoms and atoms as much as today for us. A decade later, in his exploration of state-of-the-art machining, Professor Norio Taniguchi used the term nanotechnology.

Fundamental Principles of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology-
It is also hard to imagine how small nanotechnology is. A nanometer is one billion meters, or 1 nanometer = 10-9 meters. Examples are:
- There are 25,400,000 nanometers in one inch.
- One sheet of paper is roughly 100,000 nanometers thick.
- On a comparative scale, if a marble is of a nanometer, then one meter will be the size of the earth. Think!
Nanoscience and nanotechnology have the ability to see and control atoms and molecules. Everything on the earth is made from atoms- whether it is food that we eat, which we wear, buildings and home and our body etc. But it is impossible to see the atom with the help of eyes. Even the microscope cannot be seen as well.
The microscope required to see things in nanoscale was invented almost 30 years ago. Nanotechnology was also born with a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) and atomic force microscope (AFM).

Benefits of Nano Technology-
With the help of nanotechnology, by controlling the substance in nanotechnology, many applications can be made that are not possible in normal condition. The substances used in nanotechnology are called nanomaterials.
Some of the uses of this technology are as follows:
Manure can be made from nanotechnology, which can increase crop production.
- Nanotechnology is being used in our computers and electronic devices very long, for example, silicon is used to create computer circuits and processors, which is a semiconductor.
- In the coming time, this technology will also be used in the bulb, due to which electricity consumption will be less and light will be more.
It will be able to create such a microscopic drug, which can identify one of the millions of cancer cells and treat it separately.
Understanding the molecular assembling of any substance in nanotechnology, its size can be made as small as the size of your hair and its processing capacity will be many times better than it is today.
There will be no such areas in the future that will not use nanotechnology. Technical analysts believe that the time to come will be of nanotechnology.
